Obituary for Shenika Flemons Karanja

King, Eulogist Service: 11:00 am. - Life Reflections - Shenika Nichole Flemons-Karanja was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on September 13, 1977 to the late Felita Francine Flemons-Adams and Christopher Arthur Adams. Shenika attended the St. Louis Public Schools before moving to Jefferson City, MO; where she finished school. In Jefferson City, Shenika met and married Godfrey Karanja. Shenika furthered her education in Computer Technology at Columbia College in Jefferson City, MO. She worked for the State of Missouri for many years. Shenika enjoyed reading, writing and traveling. Proceeding her in death are her grandmother, Vena Flemons; her sister, Chrisalynn Flemons; her brother Traveras Adams, Sr. aka Shawn; and her uncle, Traven Flemons. Shenika leaves to mourn in her memories: a husband - Godfrey Karanja; a father - Christopher Adams; four (4) brothers - Antonio (Jennifer) Flemons, Mario Adams, Antwane (Tangie) Flemons and Bonnie Adams; nine (9) nephews - Malcolm, Antonio, Domonique, Frank, Kortlan, Deshaun, Mario Jr., Amir, Traveras, Jr.; three (3) nieces - Antonique, Kate-lynn and Lakesia; four (4) aunts; two (2) uncles; and a host of cousins, friends and other family members. Shenika also leaves a very special god-daughter Tonica Watts.
