Patricia Ann Boone was born to Jesse Mae Hollins and Johnny Boone on August 1st, 1960 in St. Louis, MO. Her beloved Mother, Jesse Mae Hollins preceded her in death. Patricia was the older of two daughters. She was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. Patricia confessed her love of Christ at an early age. She was married to Danial Dirrick Polk, thru their union five children were born; Daniel Jr. preceded her in death. Patricia leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Deressie Boone and Crystal Boone; two sons, Derrick Boone and Johnny Boone; a loving father, Johnny Boone; her sister, Nicole Gray; fifteen grandchildren; three brother-in-laws; four sister-in-laws; Aunts; Uncles; a host of Nieces and Nephews; cousins; friends; and a very special friend, Wilbert Byrd.
