Obituary for Michael Scott

Visitation: 11am Friday, June 3, 2011 Greater St. Paul Baptist Church, St. Louis, Mo Service: 12pm Interment: Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Michael “Mike” Scott was born on September 27, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Billy Scott and Flora Scott. He was a lifelong resident of St. Charles, Missouri. As a child, Michael confessed a hope in Jesus Christ. He loved the Lord. After graduating from high school, at the age of 16, Michael decided to serve his country by first enlisting in the Navy. When he completed his tour of duty with the Navy, Michael enlisted in the Army. He received an honorable discharge from both branches. Michael gained an interest in karate. His skill earned him a black belt. Michael leaves to cherish his memory, 12 children; his mother, Flora Scott; his father, Billy Scott; 5 sisters, Cassandra, Felecia, Zina, Lesley and Vanessa; 5 brothers, Billy, Don, Mark, Kent and Byron; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and the lady of his life, Patricia Alexander.
