Bethel Missionary Baptist Church 1524 Belt, St. Louis, Mo Service: 11am Interment: Laurel Hill Cemetery Michael Anthony Jones was born to the late Robert and Susie Lee Jones on August 5, 1956 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Michael grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri and he finished his schooling at Beaumont High School. Michael accepted Christ at an early age. Michael was a friendly, joyful person and didn’t meet a stranger. Michael moved from Saint Louis after finishing high school and went to Los Angeles, California. Then he continued his education and became a Veterinary Assistant. Also Michael had two dogs and those dogs were like Michael’s children. As we know the good book says, a dog is a man’s best friend. Michael treated those dogs like family The night before Michael’s passing, the family had a joyful time together, they laughed, they talked, played and Michael played as if he was a dog, snarling at his sister. The last night was the best night together. The next day they rushed Michael to the hospital. God called him home. He leaves in memory of his passing, three sisters, Sylvia (Abbie) Harris of Saint Louis, MO, Betty Epps of Los Angeles, CA and Pukin Jones of CA; one brother, George Jones of CA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Michael had one best friend, Dwane of Saint Louis, Missouri; he also had a personal friend, Everett Dwane of Saint Louis, Missouri.
