Obituary for Johnny King

Funeral services for Johnny Lee King, age 56, who passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 2:05 p.m. will be held at 11:00 a.m.on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Fresh Anointing House of Prayer, 511 Airport Road, St. Louis, MO with District Elder Samuel McKeithen, officiating. Johnny Lee King was born January 26, 1954 in Montrose, Arkansas. He was the first child born to Eva Pearl King and James Lee King. Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn King, Father, James Lee King, his twin brothers, Carold Ray King and Harold Ray King and brother-in-law, Larry Brewer. Johnny attended St Louis public schools, Farragut and Beaumont High School. Johnny accepted Christ into his life which gave his a new meaning to life and a fresh beginning. Johnny will truly be missed greatly by his family and everyone who knew him, but his spirit will remain in our hearts until we seek him again. He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving mother- Eva Pearl King, one (1) daughter- Eva Renee King, three (3) sisters– Barbara King-Mitchell, Mymina Sutherlin and Patricia Brewer, two (2) brothers– Freddie King and Tyrone King, three (3) grandchildren, Shantell Payne, Amber Brooks and Madison Jackson, two (2) sisters-in-law, Carla King and Felicia King, One (1) brother-in-law, Jake Mitchell, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
