On January 28, 1928, God blessed Althea and Alfred Lee Sr. with their youngest child and only daughter Gwendolyn Neely Lee. She was beautiful and truly a "Designers Original". Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her parents, (2) brothers; Alfred Jr. and Charles, her oldest grandchild Warren and son-in law, Ronnie Webb. Gwendolyn confessed Christ and was baptized at an early age. On June 18, 1946, she married George Terrell. She was educated in St. Louis Public Schools and graduated from Vashon High School. She retired from the Roman Jewelry Company in 1997. "Granny", as she was referred to by many, loved life and lived it to the fullest. God truly blessed her allowing her to take care of mother and children, sometimes only by His grace. Granny loved her family and would go beyond measure for them. She never met a stranger and her warm spirit was comfort for many. God sounded His trumpet on July 19, 2009 and gave his newest angel her wings. She leaves to cherish her memory; (3) daughters; Brenda Bryant, Janet Terrell-James and Pattie Webb, (1) son; Frederick Terrell Sr. (Annette), (2) sons-in-law; James Bryant and Stanford James, (6) grandchildren; Tamaron (Mareno), Morgan, Frederick Jr., Charles, Rena and Rodney, (10) great grandchildren; Ciearra, Porsha, Warneisha, Paul Jr., Warren Jr., Parelle, Corey, Paresha, Shakena and Nadia, (1) God daughter; Retaun Cannon (Robert), (6) special friends; Beulah, Ann, Elaine, Maxine, Edna and Mildred, nine nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.
