Obituary for Frederick "Frado" Mays

Frederick Martin Mays, was born on September 1, 1977, in St. Louis, Missouri to his loving parents, Denise Holloway and Frederick Mays. Frederick confessed Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 2010 and was baptized at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Frederick was a loving son, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. ”Frado” was a gift to this world, perfectly hand crafted in the image of God. His kind and gentle spirit gave so much joy to all who knew him. The tenderness of his mother’s love deposited endless spark to his life. He will always and forever be the sunshine of our heart. Frederick was preceded in death by his devoted Grandparents, Mr. Edgar B. and Willetta E. Holloway. Frederick heard and answered his Master’s call on December 3, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center. Frederick leaves to cherish his loving memory; his devoted and nurturing mother, Denise Davis, his step-father; John Luckett, Godparents; Mr. Theodore and Judy Esswein, one brother; Virgil Tyler(Nicole); two sisters,Valencia Turner(Andre); and Danielle Brown; one uncle, James Holloway(Marion); and two aunt, Bettye Thomas(Leyland;) and Delores Henry(Harry); four nephews, four nieces, three great nephews, two great nieces, and a host of cousins and friends.
