Donnita “Queen” (as her late husband Brian called her), was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, mother in law and overall friend. Donnita received her education from the Normandy School District and she was also very active in the Lancer Bugle Corps, Girls In Action, and the Girl Scouts as a youth. Donnita departed her life on April 3, 2014 at the age of 50. Her father, the late Bennie Richard Sr., preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Brian Keith and her brothers-in-law, Allen and Jackie Brooks. Donnita leaves to cherish her memories: her five loving children ~ LaShonda (Courtland), Breona, Brian, Jr., Brandon and Bryant; her very ever Loving Mother ~ Anna Maria; Father -in-Law ~ John Brooks, Sr.; her three Sisters ~ Sylvia, Grace and Evelyn; one Brother ~ Benny Richard, Jr.; one Sister-in- Law ~ Darlene Rollin; one Brother-in-Law ~ John Brooks, Jr.; six Grandchildren ~ Ravone, Raven, Courtney, Brandon Jr., Courly and Brian Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that will truly miss Donnita deeply.
