Obituary for Anthony Wright

Visitation: Saturday, April 3, 2010 9am - 10:45am New Seraphim M.B. Church, 4208 West Florissant Ave. Service: 11am Interment: Lake Charles Memorial Park Anthony Michelle Wright was born February 20, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri to Andrew Wright, Sr. and Thelma Jeffery-Wright, both preceded him in death as well as two siblings, Arthur James Jeffery and Jacqueline Wright. He was the seventh child and the seventh son of 11 children, Robert Lee (Jean), Andrew, Jr., Earl, Frederick (Bonita), Levell, Donnamarie, Kimberly and Mark. Anthony was educated in the St. Louis Public School system. He also received his certification in nursing as a certified nurse assistant. Anthony confessed Christ at an early age at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church under the pastoral guidance of the late Reverend O. R. Hellum. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Ronshene Smith (Marlow) and Perez Rayford, Sr. (Sabrina); three daughters, Shakira Cozart, Asia Wright and Dominique Wright; 10 grandchildren, Marche Hill, Kayla Smith, Kwentin Smith, Perez Rayford, Jr., Brandin Rayford, Reziah Rayford, Dej’on Jones, Kevin Mayfield, Jr., Imani Cozart, and Celeste Wright; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
