William Morrow

The funeral service will be held at 11am at Granberry Mortuary on Friday, April 9, 2010. Mr. William Morrow, Jr. was born on October 2, 1937 in Dallas, Texas to the union of William Morrow, Sr. and Ardora Bell Morrow. His father, William and mother, Ardora preceded him in death. William and Mary Robb became soulmates for life after exchanging wedding vows. William retired for General Motors with 23.9 years of credited service July 1, 1992 and was presented with a retirement award from UAW Local 2250. William had a great love for his family. He departed this life on April 3, 2010. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Mary Morrow; six children, Johnny, Gail, Wayne, Bernard, Sandra and Vicky; seven grandchildren, Jasmine, Maranda, Ortez, Johnny III, Jamika, Isiah, Jeremiah, Nathan and Jathan; numerous great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Flora; seven sisters, Bobbie, Juanita, Dorothy, Ruby, Emma, Lucy, and Betty; three brothers, Frank, L.C. and D.W.; brother-in-law, Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
