Robert Taylor was born to William and Velma Osborne Taylor on February 19, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the third of nine children. His father and brother Anthony preceded him in death. On Wednesday, January 19, 2011, our Heavenly Father called Robert home with grace and mercy to be at eternal rest.
