Randy Burgess

Randy Earl Burgess Jr., also known as “Smiley” was born January 22, 1985 to Wanda Hill and Randy Burgess in St. Louis, Missouri. His Grandparents Dorothy and Israel Grayes and Artie and Joelee Burgess preceded him in death. Randy was educated in the St. Louis Public School District. He attended Laclede Elementary, Langston Middle and Beaumont High School. He continued his education and graduated from North County Technical School and received his certification in Machine Technology in 2004. Randy was recognized as the #1 Machinist Mechanic. Randy was currently attending Vatterott to pursue his career in plumbing with only four months left before graduating when his life was cut short. He enjoyed spending time with his family and daughter who made him laugh and smile all the time. Randy liked listening to all kinds of music and was never a stranger to anyone. He was a very friendly person and loved meeting people. ‘Smiley” leaves to cherish his memories; His parents, Randy Sr., and Wanda; daughter ~ Mysha Jones; sister ~ Yolanda; seven Aunts and nine uncles. A host of cousins and friends.
