Jones, officiating Interment:      Oakdale Cemetery   K athryn Miller was born July 9, 1933 to the late McKinley and Aser Lee Spencer in Colfax, Louisiana.   She was one of five children;   three preceded her in death and also her oldest and youngest son.   She worked and retired from Diner’s Delight after more than 30 years.   Kathryn confessed her hope in Christ at an early age.   She was united in marriage to “Duck” Miller.   Before this union Kathryn was blessed with four children;   Michael, Donald, Melody and Hurbert.     Kathryn departed this life on Monday, January 22, 2007 at St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.   She leaves to cherish her loving memory her remaining children , Donald (Margaret) and Melody (Keith);   five grandchildren , Kim, Latosha, Chanita, Christy and Keith;   six great-grandchildren , Joe, Harold, DeAndrae, Melvin, Adrian and Taneia;    one sister , Jo Alma Houston-Lee (Virgil);   a special aunt who cared for her after the death of her parents, Lena Lincoln;   aunts , Lela Gardner and Edna Watkins;   a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
