Jason Jordan

Jason Marvel Jordan was born November 22, 1983 to Janice Day and Garrett Jordan, Sr. He attended St. Louis Public Schools (Beaumont High). He worked at Convergys Corporation, a division of AT&T in customer service. He loved his job as he would proudly say every night when he came home. He would light up the room whenever he entered. He was loved by many relatives and friends (a long list) and he was very protective of his family and immediate circle of friends. He departed this life on Sunday, May 4, 2014. His father, Garrett Jordan, Sr., grandmother - Rillia C. Jefferson and great-grandmother, Molier Powell, preceded him in death. Jason leaves to mourn: a loving mother - Janice Day; great-grandmother - Rutha Mae Jones (Yazoo City, MS); grandfather, Willie H. Jefferson (Maudette); great uncles - Zeke Powell, Jr. (E. Chicago, IN) and Jimmy Jones (Gail) (Canton, MS); great-aunts - Henrine Shepherd, Irene Gholar and Pearline Washington; two brothers - Garrett Jordan-EL and Donald Clark, Jr.; three nephews and four nieces - Gabrielle, Garrett Ali, Daphne, Demi, Malik, Lil Donald and Dymond; nine uncles - Robert Clemons, Steve Day (Antionette), Stanley Day(Linda), Willie Day, Jule Jefferson, Jordan Jefferson, Oscar Jordan, Larry Jordan, Sr., and Calvin Jordan, Sr.; eleven aunts - Carole Jefferson, Hattie Jackson, Diane Dixon, Virgie Haymer, Monica Standifer, Stephanie (James) Mister, Debra (Anthony) Oneal, Pamela Westbrook, Penny (Everette) Fletcher, Glynnis Jordan and Charmel Hall; and a host of cousins. He had four best friends - Vincent Moss, Jamal Parram, Antonio Strong and Tahlis Williams.
