Geneva Carbon

Geneva was born to Eva Lee and John Henry Tubbs on Oct. 6, 1934 in Sledge, MS. She came to St. Louis at the age of 10. She graduated from Hadley Technical H.S. as a Power Seamstress and Bookkeeper. She met her late husband Charles H. Carbon, Sr. in 1978 and they married Feb. 12, 1995 at which time she became Geneva Carbn.  He was the love of her life. Charles preceded her in death on Dec. 23, 2015. Her mother and sister {Leonima Tubbs} also preceded her in death in 1995 and 1988. She leaves behind her only daughter, Mary A. Woods, Son-in-law Charles H. Carbon, Jr and his family, Grandchildren: Monica E. Crutchfield, Christopher P. Woods, Tyrone A. Woods 8, Joyceann M. Thompson 7, Corey F. Thompson, Jr. 5, and Lillieann L. Thompson 9 months.
