Obituary for Paul Daniels

Paul was born on September 12, 1965 in Saint Louis Missouri. He was the 5th child (the baby) to Calvin Leon and Catherine Daniels. Both preceded him in death. His eldest sister Evangelist Deborah and her husband Joe Benny McGowan preceded him in death. Paul was born with special needs and was an amazing person. He was given to the Lord in baptism at an early age. He was a member of Saint Matthews Apostle Church. Paul attended and graduated Gateway/Hurbert Wheeler School for Special Education in Saint Louis, MO at the age of 18 years old. He was never married. Paul was a blessing to the people who came to know him. His loving manners embraced everyone who came in contact with him. Paul would challenge people to be polite and respectable in their caring for him. In return, Paul would show his appreciation for their good works with an adorable smile and a loving hand embrace or hand shake. Paul loved life and enjoyed surprising people with his ability to show them that there was nothing he could not do if he desired it.. If you never took the time to know him then you missed knowing the miracle and blessing of our Lord and Savior. Paul loved old school and gospel music. A couple of his favorite songs were “You Are Not Alone” by Michael Jackson, “Jesus is Love” by Lionel Richie and his favorite television show was The Cosby Show, Family Feud, and Star Trek. Paul was a believer of God and the angels. He reverenced the Lord and the ministry of the Lord humbly. Instinctively with honor and respectfully Paul embraced his Lord and Savior peacefully on August 25, 2015 from complications from Cerebral Palsy. He entered into the glory and now rests in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father. Paul leaves to cherish his memory three siblings his brother Derrick L. Daniels, his sisters Aundria Daniels Elliott and Nina V. Daniels (James) Frost. His four nieces, three nephews, and a host of great nieces and nephews, one uncle, six aunts, many cousins, friends and health care works who grew to love him dearly. A special thanks for their love and support
