The youngest of eleven children, Janice Irene Todd was born to Russell and Marie Todd, a military veteran and homemaker   respectively, in Saint Louis, Missouri on August 17, 1961. From inception, Janice life would prove to be unique, as she and her sister, Janet were the second set of twins born to their mother. From an early age, Janice along with her siblings was exposed to the Christian faith, which served as the foundation in which Janice would build her life.   Born into a large and loving family, Janice would soon add to the family with the birth of her own children: Rhonda, Jamon, LaTonya and D’Angelia. Committed to their growth, Janice raised  her children instilling in them the knowledge and love of Christ. Janice led by example, giving her life to Christ in 1983 at Saints Fellowship Mission Church where she was a member of the choir. Janice final place of fellowship would be with Greater Faith M.B. Church under the teaching of Archbishop Arthur L. Kelley, whom she respected dearly.  Janice was known for her selfless ability to care for others, therefore it came as no surprise when she chose a career path in the health industry as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Janice’s commitment to health and service was unparallel as she       remained in this industry over 37 years. Her hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed for she received awards and acknowledgments from her employers. Janice final place of  employment was with NHC of Maryland Heights, with whom she was employed for 9 years before her transition Referred to as the life of the party, Janice was known for her outgoing personality and unapologetic way of speaking the truth. Janice had a love for music that carried on throughout her life as it was quite common for one to catch her singing. “JT” as her friends would call her, was also known for her  cooking and would bring dishes to work regularly at the        request of her coworkers. Janice had a heart for people and left an impression upon those she encountered while sharing Christ with anyone she could.  Janice returned to her heavenly home on Wednesday,  November 18, 2015.  Janice was preceded in death by her father, Russell Todd, Sr. and brothers, Larry Todd, Bruce Todd and Maurice Todd.  Janice is survived by her mother: Marie Todd; children: Rhonda (Richard) Keen, Jamon Bevly, LaTonya Bevly and D’Angelia   Dillard; grandchildren: Rayla, Rayna, Richard Jr., Emanuel, Gabriel, Gavin, Emoni, Kameron, Khalil, Jamaya, Kyrie and Jamon Jr.; siblings: Janet (Sylvester) Tramble, Caroline (Archie) Blocker, Karla Woods, Katherine (Herman) Wilkins, Norman Todd, Russell Todd, Jr. and Dennis Todd; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
