Jackie Ellison was born on December 14, 1960 to Richard Hall Ellison and Wilma Lee Reed in Hughes, Arkansas. He attended St. Louis Public Schools and graduated from Vashon High School. He went on to the Army after graduating. Jackie was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Lee Reed and his grandparents, Eddie and Louberda Ware. Jackie leaves to cherish his memories: his wife ~ Mary Ellison; his brother ~ Carl Hamilton (Donna); his daughters ~ Lakeita (Dajuan), Murial, Lawanda, Latoya and Crystal; his two sons ~ Kendall and Elcee III; five grandsons ~ Daniel (Wouya), Quintin, Aabrion and Aamorye; four granddaughters ~ Makayla, Ka’Leah, Zaviya and Kyra; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; one aunt ~ Ruby Ware from Arkansas; his other mother ~ Ida Mae; and his dog ~ Bat Man.
